As an Education Consultant and with two older children (who live at another house but stay over every Friday) my life is busy and I spend much of my time out! I am a sociable person but do not have house parties etc!!!!
I have had a tenant before and so am used to house sharing. I am more than happy for a tenant's friends/partners to visit and stay over.
