House is located in a lovely quiet area within walking distance of the city and train stations (approx. 10 minutes walk from Foregate Street Station). Friendly, fun home, I live in the house with my small allergy friendly dog and work full time. Bathroom would be primarily for renter although I do use the bath occasionally.
