A comfortable single room available, with a private parking spot on the doorstep of Worcester City Centre and Shrub Hill train station. Asda Worcester, Home Bargains, Aldi, gyms and other shops are within a couple of minutes of walking.

The house compromises of a living room and kitchen downstairs, bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs. The bathroom will be shared, as well as the living room. There is also a well tended garden to relax and unwind in and excess storage space in the garage if required.

I'm ideally looking for a professional as I myself am the same, I have no problem with quiet students too. I work full time, so I am not in the house all the time. The pet that lives here is a parrot, who is very well trained, and this is also her home. This household has energy to it, however the quiet is also appreciated, and is a relaxed atmosphere.

Price includes all bills, and the place is fully furnished (if there is any furniture you do not require in the room, it can be moved), we also have Fibre Optic Broadband WiFi with unlimited download inclusive in the cost.

Overall, this is a really cosy, clean house. Smoking is permitted in the garage, and outside in the garden only. Inside the house, is strictly non-smoking.
