Flat Mate Wanted!

Well furnished flat located on the ground floor for easier access. Includes all the essential appliances, like dishwasher, washing machine fridge freezer, fan assisted oven etc. You wouldn’t need to pay for any other bills etc as that’s all included in the £550 you’ll be paying me a month. I’m preferably looking for a female to live with, as they’re usually a lot cleaner than guys but I’m open to anyone as long as you’ll clean after yourself and do the fair share of house chores. My ideal flat mate would be someone I feel comfortable around, polite and chill :D If you’re into sports and gaming then it’s a bonus but that really isn’t the end of the world haha. I’m a very laid back guy, that’s extremely easy to get along with and because I don’t drink or go clubbing anymore, then you won’t have to worry about me coming home late at night/early in the morning. I work a 9/5 essentially, so I have no excuses when It comes to cleaning etc :)
