Accessing the door will be through our garden gate but privacy is ensured because of frosted windows and your own key. The bedsit is light and spacious with room for a small double if preferred. There is a brand new kitchenette with washing machine and a new en-suite bathroom attached. You will have your own small seated courtyard garden as pictured. We are looking for a quiet female who doesn’t mind cats and normal household noise from next door and in part of our garden as we have two teenagers.
