Hi! I’m moving out of my room and looking for someone to take over my place in a friendly student house right in the city centre — perfect if you study at Worcester Uni or work in the city.

• 8 min to Aldi & Asda
• 5 min to Worcester Uni City Campus
• 3 min to Jenny Lind Campus
• 4 min to Worcester Foregate Street train station (but no train noise!)

💰 Rent:

• £520/month until September, ALL BILLS INCLUDED! FOR STUDENTS, if you are not a student, council tax will be needed to pay extra £150pcm

Since I’m an international student and can’t take everything with me, I’m also happy to leave some decorations and useful kitchen items for free if you'd like them 😊

The contract is managed through a letting agency. I first need to find someone interested to replace me, and then I’ll forward you to the agency to complete the official process.

There’s also a possibility to extend the contract longer-term if needed!
