The room itself is a massive 16ft x 10ft (5.3m x 2.3m) plus large private en-suite. The room comes furnished and has a superking bed (great for taller people) and desk. It has 4 double power points, a TV point and high speed Wi-Fi fibre broadband. There are windows at both ends of the room which is great for getting a breeze through in the summer. The rear window of the bedroom is south facing, gets plenty of sun and overlooks the garden, pond and allotments beyond. The house also features a large 28ft kitchen/dining area so plenty of space to move around.

Very large, sunny and quiet garden. Sit by the pond and relax listening to the gentle trickle of the waterfall whilst watching the fish. Alternatively, grab yourself a book and tuck yourself away in the summerhouse.

The house is located in Northwick with the motorway (M5, Junction 6) 5 minutes away by car so is handy for commuting. There are 2 chip shops, 2 x pizza shops, Chinese, post office, chemist, several pubs, 2 x petrol stations, 2 x Co-op's, Londis, LIDL, gym, 10 pin bowling all less than ½ mile away so very conveniently located. It takes 30 minutes to walk into town (1½ miles). Lots of on-road parking available.

There is a field at the end of the road if you fancy some greenery. Beyond the field will take you to open countryside and a chance to go for a stroll along the river.

Presently the house has 1 male, 1 female and a dog that won't say no to being taken for a walk.
