We have a lovely bright and airy double room available in a professional house in Worcester city, bills all inclusive.

The house is in a prime location and only a 2-minute walk into the city centre and is very close to Worcester Foregate Street Station and all major bus routes.

On-street parking is available although due to the Council residents parking scheme, you must apply to them direct for a permit at your cost.

This is a 5 bedroom house-share and this room is on the first floor. The room has a double bed/mattress, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe, digital TV point and its own fitted sink unit. The downstairs has a communal living room with solid oak floor boards, digital flat screen TV, unlimited Fibre BB, a shared kitchen and utility room, with a lovely patio area at the rear with a quaint little pond and attractive shrubs.

All bills are included in the price, gas, water, electric, council tax, tv licence (in communal room) and broadband is complimentary.
