I am looking to rent out a fully furnished modern in taste with plenty of storage 'Double bedroom' (Inc ALL Utility Bills, Council Tax and unlimited broadband). All facilities will be shared with live in landlord, e. g. Sharing bathroom, kitchen etc. You will have the pleasure of living in a refurbished home which is modern and sophisticated in taste.

This house is within walking distance from the City Centre and there is a Tesco, post office, take aways and a Bus Stop nearby. M5 jct 7 can be accessed with 5/10 minutes drive.

I am looking for a working professional person, responsible, honest, reliable, a down to earth, easy going, and who can pay rent on time. Preferably a Female, (I am only considering people who work full-time). Importantly someone who will treat this as a home rather than a house share. You must be willing to do your bit to keep the house Clean.
