This is a lovely newly furnished double en-suite room in a family home. The room is on the lower ground floor with its own entrance via the back garden.

We would like to share with a friendly professional person who is looking for a room to rent Monday to Friday.

The house is located in the quiet and desirable Battenhall area of Worcester city. The Cathedral, train stations, shopping and entertainment areas are all in walking distance. We are also a 5 min drive from junction 7 of the M5.

The accommodation is light and spacious. There is a lounge-diner (with smart TV) and a kitchen on the same floor. The kitchen has a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob and oven.

There is on-street parking available outside the property.

We generally live on the floors above the lower ground and have separate living spaces and kitchen. We do however need access to the lower ground floor to use the kitchen (primarily the washing machine), pantry and rear exit to the house. We would not normally use the lounge-diner.
