**Housemate Wanted** City Centre Cosy Home

Hi,

I have two double bedrooms available within my victorian quirky cosy characteristic three bed home, positioned in a quiet a cul de sac location, couple of minutes walk over to Fort Royal Park and Worcester City Centre. Its about a 2 minute walk to the High Street, Worcester Shrub Hill is located 0.4 miles away too about is about 5 minutes walk away.

The house is pretty cosy as now, has many characteristic living room with a stunning Victorian style open fireplace, we also have Netflix and amazon movies too. A newly fitted kitchen / breakfast room, this has been recently converted and is a fantastic open space now. and a newly fitted bathroom, with new Mira realm thermal power shower, literally a waterfall.

All the rooms have original fireplaces and plenty of built in storage, throughout. I have a newly converted rear patio garden, which is a pretty cushy place chill out, thankfully we are close enough out of town where by it is peaceful and quiet. Also a basement for storage, and is fully complimented with character features, it’s all double glazed too.

I have the choice of two rooms available. The first is the front master double room, and is Having a double glazed window to the front overlooking the peaceful canal and an original Victorian fireplace. It’s a pretty big room. Also has a double bed and plenty of storage built in. It’s fully furnished too, habitat bed memory foam mattress, tall draw unit it’s not too bad.

The Second Double Room is also available Which again is pretty cosy. Double glazed window looking onto the garden and an original Victorian fireplace. This room also has a double bed and benefits from under stairs built in storage, Literally a Harry Potter kinda under-stairs storage. Again plenty of room, and also a new desk too.

I'm ideally looking for a young professional as I myself am the same, I have no problem with quiet students too.

Price includes all bills, and the place is fully furnished, we also have fibre unlimited 50mb broadband and the house has been freshly painted.

The house has had some major refurbishments this year including the following:

Brand new central heating fitted throughout the house, new radiators piping etc new powerful boiler, also have a nest too which is pretty cool.

You are in for a treat, this has all been happening during locking down this year..

Overall, this is a really cosy clean and quirky house.
