Room wanted in around scotforth/Lancaster

I'm looking for a room (preferably a double) moving in for the start of the academic year in September 2019. Must be between Lancaster university and the town centre : i. e scotforth, bowerham etc. Because I am a part time student I am not council tax exempt so please bear this in mind and let me know regarding this. I'm a male part time postgraduate student and young professional, I work in retail, youth work, writing and tutoring, so you probably won't see too much of me. I'm looking to do some viewings towards the end of June/begining of July, so let me know if this would be possible.
