Looking for Post grad accommodation

Hi,
I'm a soon to be post grad student studying a masters degree in Engineering Geology at Portsmouth University in September and need accommodation in the Portsmouth area (preferably near the university although walking and biking distance is fine with me ). Because of my post grad status I will mainly be focusing on studying, with some socialising, meaning I'l likely be in my room or in the library a lot so won't be a bother. I don't mind who I live with really as long as I get some quiet time in my room and the place is kept reasonably clean - I don't really want to live in a mad party house. Besides that also a decent shower would be nice as well. I own a ford mondeo which I would like parking for, be that on street or on a drive.

I am looking to do some property viewing on the weekend of the 3rd of august as I live in Leicester and its quiet the journey.
