Looking for a single/double room

Hi, I'm looking for a preferably double bedroom to rent within Dundee and surrounding areas. I am open to nay number of flat mates, don't have a preference on gender, smoking, pets etc. I am friendly, outgoing and will happily socialise with whomever is in the flat if they are okay with that. I may be out the flat a few days a week visiting friends but again am happy to pay all rent and bills I account for. I am looking for a place that would be okay with a flat gathering or two every month or so and would be accepting of me having company one or two nights a week.
