I prefer someone quite and respectful to each other. It is important for me to share spare time with my flat mate(s) time to time..
I am software engineer and generally working from home so i prefer a room which has a nice desk and comfy chair. My budget is for all bills included and I need to make contract with land lord a tenant who is responsible for contract to add line of 'working from home' and adding me to utility bill.
