Double for a tidy, cultured female/Or Buddy Up

Hi,

I’m looking for a double with a space. Plus a garden. If a room only then all bills included please. Up for a Buddy up with the right person!
Walking distance to a trainline (no tubes) and direct to Farringdon/Blackrfiars would be pluses.
I’m sociable and easy going but equally enjoy & respect solo time.
My interests are creative, from indie/foreign film watching to graphics, interiors and music (quiet listening at home).
Looking for long term in a respectful and peaceful house. Rather share with just one other, depends on the house, space and people though :) No more than 3 of us in total please.
I am full time employed and travel in to Farringdon Mon - Friday.
Furnished (if neutral and tasteful) or unfurnished. Would love a bath in the bathroom and a clean, organised kitchen.
