Mature Male seeks accommodation

I am looking for a double room with en-suite in a quiet household. I work full time remotely as a revenue controller for a property company. I'm open to moving almost anywhere in the UK as I am also a photographer who specialises in landscapes, architecture & feats of engineering. I am a single male with no baggage.
The household in question needs to be a quiet environment as I am a light sleeper, especially in the summer months.
I have travelled extensively throughout the world.
I am also a clean & courteous lodger who is happy to pick up groceries for others when on a shopping run.
The house must have a garden to chill out in summer evenings.
I am also a keen cinema goer and a regular at my local gym.
I am currently residing in Smallfield in Surrey but want to relocate as the landscape photographic opportunities are very sparse.
The bed must be a double as I am over 6 foot tall.
Superfast broadband is also important as I work from home mon-fri.
I do speak other languages but am not fluent (work in progress).
