I'm looking for a double room for single occupancy, I have some furniture so would consider part furnished or unfurnished. I have a bike so would need somewhere secure and dry to store that, preferably off road parking but not a must. I am looking for a quiet house. Wifi is a must, non-smoking but very happy to live with pets, I have none of my own.
