Looking for a flat which allows a shih tzu!

I'm looking for a flat in Edinburgh hopefully near some green space as I've a small, well behaved, house trained, sleepy shih tzu!
If it's a sharing situation I'd prefer my own bathroom also as I'm used to having my own space but Max is the priority so can be flexible!
I'm a professional in my 30s, working in Recruitment, working from home full time, can be flexible with furnished or unfurnished property.
