x2 gorgeous, light/zen, furnished double rooms available in Sandy Park, Brislington. Both rooms are all inclusive of bills including a bi-weekly cleaning service, broadband, Netflix and council tax. On-street parking is available outside the house and surrounding roads.

Both rooms are partly furnished with a double bed and some storage.
House has a large, light and sociable kitchen as well as access to a small garden with outdoor seating that gets a lot of sun in the afternoon/evening!
Both sets of neighbours either side of us are also lovely!

IDEAL location - the house is literally a minute's walk away from the popular Sandy Park Road which has all the local conviences such as a post office and news agents. Bus stop on the high street will get you to Temple Meads in 5 minutes, or city centre in 10-15 minutes.
Sainsbury's is also only 10-15 minutes walk away!

REASON FOR AVAILABILITY: One of us is moving to Germany for a new job in December, and the other is constantly abroad with work. We want to rent out our two spare double rooms to some lovely, trustworthy and friendly people who can enjoy the house while we are away. We will keep access to a top floor/loft bedroom for when we are home but will only pop back infrequently - so we will not be around very often.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We would like to rent the rooms to professionals who are sensible, respectful, clean and tidy. As we won't be home very often, we want to be confident that our home is in good hands and there won't be lots of wild house parties going on! :)
