The lodgers would have exclusive use of a double bedroom, bathroom and shared use of kitchen, lounge and dining/office spaces. Off road parking and private garden close to the station, local shops and amenities (post office, cafe/deli, newsagent, primary school, village hall, church hall, parks/gardens and Struthers Farmhouse).
