The house was newly built in 2011 and has a large kitchen/ dinning area and upstairs living room (town house style) that goes out onto the garden. Its is a great location, just a short walk to Caversham centre (6 mins) and Reading station is about 15 mins walk away. Nearest park on the hill just 5 minutes walk away and the house has a quiet private garden at the back.

The house has 3 floors and 4 bedrooms so lots of space; ground floor has an open plan kitchen/ dinning room, bathroom (toilet and sink) and a utility room. The second floor has 3 bedrooms (one with en-suite)and the main bathroom (toilet, bath/ shower, sink) and a living room with patio doors to the garden. The top floor has one bedroom with en-suite.
The two rooms for rent are on the middle floor with a shared bathroom. Double bed, double wardrobe, set of drawers and bedsides are in both rooms. There is a garage and parking on the road right-outside, what more could you want!

Currently there are two working professional women living in the house who are absolutely lovely. A variety of interests and hobbies, but all like cooking and socialising.
