Parking is on street and a resident’s permit would be required

42 year old single professional (lawyer / uni tutor) I work partly in London and partly from home (the 3rd bedroom is my office). I'm sociable and pretty easy going.
I rent the property and I am looking for a lodger on a medium term basis.
