Private livingroom/Bedroom/bathroom annex inc bill

This is a unique set up as it is neither a self contained flat or a room in a shared house. It is an annex in a large house in OFFORD CLUNY. This is for single occupancy only. It includes ALL utility bills, including council tax, broadband, insurance. You would have your own ground floor annex, large living room with glass sliding doors out to the garden, which is huge and would be shared but you have your own patio area with table and chairs. This room leads onto a very large bedroom, double bed with memory foam mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers. You have your own wet-room style bathroom with a powerful shower. The utility room is next to your bedroom and has washing machine, sink and you can take an airer for your rooms.
The kitchen is the next room along, the utility room and kitchen are shared and are the only other rooms available to use. The rest of the family have upstairs bedrooms and you would be quite separate. It's a quiet and lovely village. we are next to the train lines but it rarely bothers people. You must drive, as there is no transport in the village at all. Would suit young laid back person who likes music. There's a few musicians in the house playing nice music, but only at reasonable times.
