Double room available to suit a single professional person. No couples. The room is decorated. wooden floors with a double divan bed with storage drawers’, drawers and a clothes rail. You are welcome to add your own furniture although the bed will stay as I have nowhere to store it. I’ve been in the property for a couple of years, and I am slowly redecorating. The rent includes all bills. I don’t have any pets.

Property in a quiet and friendly street. The M60 is a 5 min drive, Stockport centre is 10 min drive and Manchester city centre is 15 mins away. The house is 3 mins walk from Reddish North train station and has excellent bus routes. Asda is a 10 min walk and there’s a couple of convenience shops at the end of the rd. Car parking is on the street which is great, as there is always spaces available.

Ideally looking for someone that wants a base and has an active lifestyle rather than someone that sits around the house all day.
