The bus stop is literally only a 15 seconds walk away!!
The house is ideally placed for those travelling to Durham, Darlington, Newcastle, Bishop Auckland etc

Easily reached are the university buildings, Durham County Council and the university hospital to name but a few.
Students can travel anywhere (unlimited) within the entire County for only £1.00 per day.
