Hi, we're four female students looking for a fifth housemate to fill a spare room. We're 2nd year students at Derby, heading into 3rd year and would love to have someone to complete our next home.
The house is located near the city centre, with a Sainsbury's local on the same road and within walking distance of Brittania Mill and Markeaton Street Campus buildings.
The spare room is on the ground floor and includes full furniture such as bed, wardrobe and desk, alongside an en suite toilet and shower. The house also has an open plan kitchen and living space, with a spare room for storage. The kitchen has all necessities including a washing machine and dryer. The living space has two sofas and smart tv.
The house is available from the 1st of July but occupancy does not have to be straight away if going home for summer etc
