To the rear there is an enclosed court yard and garden which some garden furniture. For applicants whom may need storage there are two outdoor sheds available to use. Tenants are welcome to use the garden to smoke however no smoking is permitted in the house.

On street parking is available. Local amenities such as a local shop, post office and pharmacy are within walking distance. The nearest supermarket and town high street would be Clay Cross which is approximately a 5 minute drive.

The house has easy access and links to the M1 junction 29 and also Chesterfield making it ideal for someone who might commute.
