Upstairs bedroom in Victorian former-fisherman's end-terraced cottage. Very close to the town centre, railway station, sea front and sports centre.

Clean and characterful bedroom, furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, table, chair and wardrobe. TV point and radiator..

Bathroom with shower. Also downstairs toilet. Well equipped kitchen with shared fridge space. Pretty yard with storage for a push bike and area to sit out in. Rotary line for drying washing.

I am looking for a respectful, clean and tidy person, preferably a professional or student. I prefer a female but would consider a male lodger. I like to recycle everything and am mindful of energy consumption so a person who is happy to save water etc, would be much appreciated.

There is a possibility of extending the room lease time from two months to longer as well as being able to stay over a weekend..
