South-facing sitting room with a shower room to the left and double bedroom to the right at the top of stairs leading from a separate entrance from a secure gated yard with parking space for one car. There is a shared kitchen, or a kitchenette in the utility room (housing freezers, fridge and washing machine and tumble dryer) with kettle, microwave and grill, toaster, crockery and cutlery all provided. Bedding can be provided if necessary. Normal bills will be paid for by us - but anything too extreme will have to be shared! A percentage of the rent will be going towards our Council tax bill.

We are a couple who enjoy life and have a good sense of humour. We also have three elderly pets: an 8 year old dog and two 17 year old cats - and a few rescued hens! We can provide company or privacy if it is desired.

There is a bus-stop outside and we are within easy reach of the town and the countryside with plenty of opportunities to explore.

Don't rely on Google Maps too much! We are further up than where they placed us (which is ironic because the house has been around far, far longer than Google!).
