Whole flat! Suits an active, individual / couple

We want an active, considerate and all round good person or persons to look after our home for at least a year. 5 mins from the beach so would suit outgoing, considerate and active folks who want a home to live in, not just a flat.
Of course it’s got a bathroom, a bedroom, a (massive) lounge, a fully fitted kitchen, but you want more, right??

✅ Parking
✅ Top floor
✅ Unfurnished (But can be part furnished if necessary)
✅ no noisy neighbours
✅ We like animals, but the management company doesn’t so I’m afraid we can’t have pets 😞
✅ We’re nice people, so we only want nice tenants with no expensive agents getting in the way!
