We have an en-suite double room to rent for one person (female professionals only).
The flat is located in very nice and quite area with security, just a minute walk from Marina Square with coffee shops, bars and restaurants.
2min to the beach and under cliff walk.
Only 3 minutes walk to the bus stop and to Asda superstore.
There is also a multiplex cinema, bowling and a gym.

The room comes with wall unit with wardrobe and shelves, a big storage space, single bed, small fridge, coffee table, small TV and with a bathroom for your own private use.
The flat is clean, cozy, warm and bright, double glazed windows and central gas heating.

Nice kitchen with all appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster).
We are a couple and we are looking to share our flat with a professional, clean and easy-going female.
Also we have a little flatmate who lives with us- beautiful kitty named Milka :) She is very well behaved and friendly, so definitely we are looking for somebody who loves cats.
All bills are included with fast, unlimited internet access.
One month deposit and one month rent required.
