Small double room with lovely housemates and dogs

Hello! I am departing for pastures new which means my room is now up for grabs. Here is what my lovely housemates have to say...

Hey there! We are two professionals living in a large semi detached with garden, 5 minutes from the town center, 5 minutes from the beach, and just off Queens Park and St James Street.

We are quiet and clean but love to have house meals and drinks with a board game or a fire in the garden together. We like to hang out together and be social, but also be considerate of one another with space and quiet times.

We have two dogs: Kali (3 years old, very soppy) and Koda (1, very cuddly) so ideally we'd like to find someone who has lived with dogs before or really likes them!

The room is small but we have a massive living room, garden and kitchen. Josh has fit a king size bed and desk in there though, so it isn't that small.

We also have a standing bath, fire place, spare fridge, veggie patch, and a couple of sheds and an attic for storage. The house is a one of a kind find especially with a large garden, central location and how spacious it is! We have a private landlady who is lovely.
