Home office for rent (summerhouse)

I’m renting my summerhouse as a home office space or workshop for an artist or professional that needs another work environment than home.
Please note, I’m renting this as a workspace not living space as it does not count with a bathroom en suite and it is at the end of my garden, not in the house.
It used to be my workplace but now I moved my workshop to the house as I needed more space.
The summer house is 3mt x 3mt. It’s cozy with a lot of natural light, a very nice environment to work from.
It has electricity so you can connect your gadgets without a problem.
I also have a mini fridge and kettle in there you can use.
You can use the toilet of the house and heat up your lunch in my kitchen, if needed. (No cooking)
You’ll have access to it through the side door that leads to the garden, so you are completely free to come in and out as you please.
