Offering a double bedroom in a newly modern, renovated house!

We are a quiet and clean household. Most of our time we spend at work so only around in the morning/evening hours. We would like to offer a room to a quiet individual who is clean and considerate of others.

Bedroom has a lot of light coming through during the day which makes it pleasant to spend time in. The built in wardrobe has hanging and folding space as well as a built in mirror on the inside of the doors. The bed is extremely comfortable and both sides of the bed frame offer spacious storage. As seen on picture the door has a code locker, as we respect your privacy and want you to feel comfortable in the household. WiFi included and available to use at all times.

The bathroom shown on the pictures is used only by one other female meaning that it’s no struggle for use and it remains clean at all times.

The kitchen will have prepared fridge space for Your food and all cutlery as well as any cooking equipment can be shared.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, offering lots of walk and cycle pathways as well as a nature reserve creating a beautiful and peaceful environment.

We have parking space available!
