Double room in a lovely village close to st Andrew

Im looking to get sombody in my spare room ,its freshly decorated and clean and very comfortable house and very warm house , i have very fast wifi which is included along with all bills so 450covers everything , off street parking and use of the garage. if needed for storage ect, idea for sombody in catering or working here during the week or even a student as its 10 mins from st Andrews ,you have full use of the kitchen and lounge and its a shared bathroom but as i say im not around very much with my job i do smoke but out the back so smokers welcome pets aswel long as trained and not somthing huge like a horse ha , and more questions your welcome to ask . The rent can be discussed as possibility of reduced rate in summer months and the use of the geust thanks. Also the tv in room will come with the room smart tv so ideal for your tv shows ect. I work away most the time so not really home very much but weekends mainly and when I'm on leave. Obviously if it was a couple staying a while slightly more on the cost but not much if its short term type thing. I can rent this room until July 1st 2022 .
