Looking for flat or room

I am a 19 year old female who is planning the next step of my life which is relocating to Cardiff. I?ve grown up in Devon and have now decided it?s time for a change. I am preferably looking for somewhere that is close to the city centre because that?s where I?m looking to get a job. I will be moving up mid September and would love to find somewhere to call home! It would be super beneficial if the bills were included in the price. I?m an easy going, friendly person and easy to get along with. Please help me follow my dreams of moving to a city!
