Double Room Zone 1 or 2 (Westminster Office)

I'm Kiran (42) and moving back to London after a couple of years living in the home counties in Eton, Windsor with a couple of friends - the best escape with a chef and a yoga instructor meant that shared living has kind of bitten me like a bug.

My personality is friendly, curious and inquisitive - working as a management consultant by day and enjoying the arts, as a former critic, by night.

London is where I work, around Westminster, and my passion for culture, cuisine and a variety in communication means moving back to London is the most sensible idea for me..

I would like to find a clean and really well maintained property that is well decorated and furnished. I appreciate detail so new and fresh would definitely be appreciated by me and looked after in return - I'm very particular about being respectful, clean and tidy.

Additionally, I guess having a place that is homely and welcoming is important - a place to rest and recharge during non working time is important. I have a balanced social life and would welcome the opportunity to include a flat buddy in drinks out, dinners and other events / activities - getting to know people and making new friends would be totally welcomed.

Ideally sharing with 1-2 respectful housemates who are happy to enjoy a dinner/TV binge/glass of wine and evenings out together from time to time, but are comfortable with people having their own life/pals.

I tend to work from both the home and office but if the property is close to Westminster then I am likely to go in more rather than be at home.

Maximum budget inc. bills would ideally be under £1700 but happy to consider more if the right place / location / setup were presented.
