We have got WFH covered but don’t forget to take a relaxing walk in the common to relax after a long day!

Your Room

Large double on the ground floor £700 per calendar month including bills, available 14 May 2022.
This light and airy double room is on the ground floor overlooking the fabulous garden and has a large wardrobe and a big chest of drawers for that all-important storage, Ethernet socket and a TV aerial points. There is also a large desk and chair in the room.
The modern bathroom is shared with just one very clean housemate and is cleaned on a weekly basis by the cleaner.

Where can you find us?
Close to Guildford town centre with its cobbled streets, historic buildings and one of the most attractive high streets in the country. With a fabulous selection of designer stores, cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs there’s lots to keep you busy.
🚆Excellent transport links via two main line train stations (fast links to London Waterloo and Victoria) with the A3 and the A320 easily accessible.
🚌The bus stop is a couple of minutes walk from the house with buses running every 10 – 15 minutes (4,5) to Guildford.
🏊Surrey Sports Park is within walking distance with its Olympic size swimming pool, gym, outdoor pitches
🛍️A large Tesco is within walking distance.
