Looking for someone to take over this room ASAP, tenancy goes til the end of June. Moving out as I have a placement in London, the house is with 2 lovely, chilled out girls, one finishing uni and one working in a bar.
The house is in Kirkstall, right next to a huge Morrisons, boots, cancer research etc. 2 min walk from the bus taking directly to town centre and 10 mins from headingly. The house is small but cosy, and the room is a good size with lots of wardrobe space! Rent is £464 a month including bills, January is already paid
