The flat is a two bed-roomed property with one double room available. You will be living with one other female tennant (myself)!

Buses 345 (Peckham-Clapham-Kensington), 35 (Clapham - London Bridge - Liverpool Street) and the 45 (Kings Cross - City - Elephant & Castle - Camberwell). NB// These are just the bus routes directly outside the flat. Many other buses are 5 min walk away.

There is a British heart foundation just down the road where furniture can be bought cheaply. The rest of the flat is furnished by the current house mate (myself)! You are very welcome to share furniture & if you have furniture of your own I am happy to move some of my stuff out to make room.

Living with:

35 year old professional. I have my own businesses which in part involves working as a group/ drama facilitator I have lived in the flat for 8 years.

I am clean & considerate, having lived in shared accommodation my whole adult life! I keep myself to myself the majority of the time as I am working hard to develop my business. I work varying hours/ shifts in different locations across South Ldn which I cycle too.

I have a wonderful boyfriend who stays over once or twice a week or I am staying at his place once or twice a week.
