This very unique house share is in the beautiful Suffolk country side and the property over looks fields at the back of the house. Its a fabulous view! This is a really large, detached family size home and is has been renovated to accommodate working professionals. It is in the village of Witnesham, near to Finn Valley Golf course and is situated between two country pubs, The Moon and Mushroom in Swilland (a 5 minute walk) and The Barely Mow in Witnesham (a 15 minute walk). It's a 7 minute drive to the town centre of Ipswich, it has excellent bus links and a bus stop right outside the house. The house boasts six spacious bedrooms and is renovated to a high, very modern standard and has plenty of communal space and facilities. It really is worth viewing to appreciate the spaciousness of the house and the WOW factor!

The room available is inclusive of ALL bills. There is a weekly cleaner for all communal areas and a monthly gardener (which are both a complimentary service for no additional charge) who will maintain the outside of the property.

The large double room is furnished with a double bed, a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bed side cabinet.

All rooms have a TV point, wireless internet throughout the house and there are locks on every bedroom door. The house also offers a shower room, a bathroom including separate shower, a downstairs cloakroom/toilet, a large open plan communal kitchen/diner/lounge, utility room, dining area with a table, two fridge freezers, cooker, 2 washer dryers, microwave, kettle and toaster. The lounge area has a lovely seating area with a corner sofa and a large flat screen TV. There is a private garden and designated off road parking space for ALL cars at the front or rear of the property. Early viewing of the room is highly recommended as it really is a unique house and we expect the room to go very quickly. The housemates get along very well together (but did not know each other before they moved in) so its a very sociable house and work together to keep this a very tidy, clean and friendly home! They are looking for a like minded house mate to join them! The cleaner visits weekly to clean the communal areas and to keep up the high standard of cleanliness in the house.
