There are three of us that live in this house and we are looking for one more housemate which will make this one of the best house shares in Gloucester. As housemate we have the occasional dinner together and also watch TV in the living room. During the summer we pull out the BBQ to enjoy the summer sun!

This is a popular house and it will fill quickly. It is situated in a prime location in Gloucester with access to a wide range of shops and restaurants. The added bonus is the house has access to a lawn tennis court. So even if you don’t play the game what better way to take up this popular sport (accessible during summer months only).

The double room has been recently renovated with a newly fitted wooden floor and looks fresh and clean. The room for rent is of a good size, has plenty of wardrobe space and a very comfortable double bed. The room also has a desk of a good size for regular study of use with your laptop.

The house has a good sized kitchen with modern facilities; dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The living room is of a good size too with broadband and cable TV. The ground floor has a toilet and the bathroom on the first floor is of a good size.
