Double room, Eccles next 2 gym, gr8 transport link

Lovely double room with plenty of storage space in a friendly house sharing with 3 considerate proffesionals, ( 2 male 1 female). All good long term tidy tenants.

Great location next to the gym in eccles, lots of transport options, and the possibility of parking, ( this is something you would need to apply to the council for as they issue the permits, but it requires your vehicle to be registered at the address. I am told by of the other tenants, who has lived there 4 years, there are spaces in the car park of a local business which can be used as an option).
The house has a nice garden, which we maintain and is securely backed on to by a gated car park. The livingroom has tv and french doors onto the garden. The kitchen is off the livingroom and also overlooks the gardens, and has washing machine, american fridge freezer, and integrated oven.
We require checkable references, though we dont charge for this they will be checked.
One month deposit and one month in advance.
No couples, pets or smokers.
Deposits are registered with the DPS service.
