The house is in a lovely, quiet, and safe neighborhood. A 6-minute walk from both Heaton Park and Prestwich Metrolink. 15 minutes to the town city centre (£4.20 return).

From my house, you will find two Tescos within walking distance (metro and 24h) and an Aldi.

Prestwich Village, with plenty of Vintage Shops and stylish restaurants, is also very close.

Piccadilly station is a short 15-minute Uber ride (£12), and Manchester Airport is 30-minutes away (£35)

A bit about me: I am an Italian businesswoman. I run a successful Design Studio in Manchester, UK and I often travel for a month at a time because my boyfriend lives in America. I enjoy the peace and serenity my house brings me, and I enjoy a clean environment.
