REASON WHY I'M RENTING:

I am looking for someone to share this property with.

I currently rent another place in media city, i love it here. its outstanding! I'm looking to go for a two bedroom primarily as i want somewhere safe and secure, close to the heart of media city and a place that gathers a lot of sunlight. Also lets be honest who doesn't love a chat every now and then about your day.

THE PROPERTY:

2nd floor, two bedroom apartment in City Lofts, Salford Quays. City Lofts is located in the heart of Media City, close to the Lowry Theatre, Gyms, Shopping Centre, cinema, watersports complex are Bars and restaurants. The apartment boasts a spacious open plan living area leading to a large private, south facing juliet balcony with amazing waterside views media city. The property also boasts two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with ensuite to the master bedroom and a high specification kitchen with integral appliances. The development runs a 24 hour concierge/security service.

TRAVEL LINKS:

The Nearby Metrolink will take you to the city Centre in under 15 minutes. metrolink having access to mostly all areas of Manchester including the airport.

Unfortunately due to my kind of work i will require the allocated parking space hence why I'm happy to have the smaller room while you have the large en/suite as a compromise but i am open to other suggestions there maybe other near by parking spaces you can rent (at additional Cost)

COST:

A estimated guess on the costing will be as follows: (based upon: 50/50 split Based upon you getting the ensuite room and me getting the parking space)

Cost PCM: Total/Each
Rent: £900/£450
C Tax: £167/£83
Water: £22/£11
Electricity: £70/£35
Internet: £24/£12
Total £1183/£591 (All in) you=£591

However should you wish to have a cheaper option, but still fair i'd be happy taking the ensuite + Parking, allowing you to have the other Equal ish Size Double room and sole use of the other bathroom with bathtub (Granted its only the hallway between your room and bathroom).
The rental split would be £505/£395 (Me/You)
Total cost all in for you would be: You=£536 & me=£646.

I'm Stephen, I'm 28, An Architect/Design Engineer and apparently hold a "posh Scottish accent" if that's a thing

Originally from Scotland, in a lovely yet traditional little town just outside Edinburgh.
So far been fully involved with my company for 8 years in design engineering world working on various large scale Power projects across the U. k & mainland Europe, i'm finally settled in once place now

only 5"9 so I'm no way intimidating haha. I work as a Architect/Nuclear design engineer. I played basketball internationally so big into fitness and keeping healthy, I used to be a chef and I clean (not OCD but i will have to be honest I'm way cleaner than all my friends). i don't use drugs/smoke and I'm very new to Manchester so id like the idea of my flat mate also being a friend as i'd love to expand my social circle while I'm here.
