Spacious double bedroom to let in the newly built Clippers Quay apartment complex.

The apartment is located across the road from the Exchange Quay tram stop, so has excellent commuting opportunities into the city centre or other areas.

The apartments are located along the river, so it's great for long peaceful walks at any time of day.

All of the bills are included with the price (including Netflix, Disney+ and Wi-Fi); there is a large bathroom (currently only used by guests), a very large and well equipped kitchen area, and a cosy front room to relax in front of the TV on an evening.

The bedroom consists of a double bed, 2 bed side tables and a 3 door, floor to ceiling wardrobe.

The flat comes with access to the Clippers Quay 24 hour gym, "The Hub" (an area to work from home) and the opportunity to reserve out the communal dining room and cinema suite.

Myself, I work 9-5 Monday to Friday, sometimes in the office, but often from home.

I am quite a sociable person, who respects others need for space, but is more than happy more often than not going out for a drink, or cooking dinner at home.

Ideally, a great housemate would be someone who isn't too messy (I can handle a bit), and respects that I work Monday to Friday, and the concierge is quite strict after 11pm so there can't be late night parties (sorry)
