Rooms to Rent in Spacious House (Bassett Area)

Bedroom 1: Kingsize

I am a secondary school teacher looking to rent the 2 spare rooms in my home to professional or mature student females.
Both rooms have been recently and neutrally redecorated and furnished with new furniture. Each room has a bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe and you are welcome to bring additional furniture if you wish.
There is one main bathroom and an additional downstairs toilet.
Access to the washing machine and tumble dryer also included.
Each resident will have their own shelf in the fridge, drawer in the freezer and cupboard in the kitchen. You will also have access and free use of pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups etc.
Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and wardrobe wirh plenty of space to include aadditional furniture if required.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers.

I can also offer parking on my driveway for an additional £50 per month to one car. There is street parking in the 2 roads nearby also.
You are also welcome to store bikes etc in the garage and free use of the spacious garden.

All bills are included.

I do have 3 cats who are very friendly and independent. No litter box in the house as we have a cat flap.
