Lovely big room for you to relax in after work, quiet house and no enforced socialising, introvert friendly!
Furniture purchased April this year so all decent.
Comfy bed with IKEA hovag mattress.
High capacity built in wardrobe storage space.
Duvet /pillows /bedding/towels available if required.

Prices includes all bills including the recent energy price hike and good WiFi.

2 ways to live with us :
1/Monday to Friday (or Tues- Sat) for £500/month. Negotiable for less days. Better than a hotel because you can leave your stuff here but could include fresh bedding and towels each week if that helps you.
2/Full-time for the right person at £575/month.

We are looking for a stable and independent person working regular hours, (sorry, not working from home). Probably calm mature male would be a good fit for our house. Your personal space and quiet life is totally respected but happy to help advise on the local area if needed.

Spacious house with chill out lounge, garden, big kitchen diner. We sometimes use the lounge for work/meditation but please feel free to hang there when it's not in use.
The bathroom is shared but as one person works nights and the other from home there is no-one else trying to get up and out, we can ensure your morning routine is smooth and uninterrupted. There is an extra toilet downstairs.
We have a big TV screen we only occasionally use at the weekend to watch a movie so you would be welcome to have that in your room Mon to Fri if that's helpful.
We are happy to share all the kitchen stuff so nothing for you to bring unless you want to.

House is at the end of a cul de sac so no through traffic, we are friendly with neighbours, it feels happy and secure here. Plenty of parking. Few minutes walk to Locks Heath shopping centre with Waitrose, Iceland, doctors, chemist, barbers, hairdressers, 24/7 gym, restaurants.
Close to Whiteley, Segensworth, Swanwick, River Hamble, Warsash beach. Desirable area.

We are potentially open to low maintenance cats, or other small pets that just live in your room.
No smoking/drugs/heavy drinking please.
It's generally pretty quiet here, only one of us in past 9pm weekdays and we don't have many visitors, mainly would be one friend at a time drop in for a coffee type of visit.

We have a good and relaxed relationship with the landlord who is happy for us to handle arrangements with you, so you don't have anything to deal with apart from cleaning up after yourself.
British Gas homecare covers us for all heating/electric/plumbing issues, things get sorted and house is functional!
