Large Double room in Locks Heath

I have a semi furnished large double room available from mid April. The room has a large built in cupboard for storage and comes with a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe.

There is currently myself and a 25yr old male as well as 2 house cats living in the house. We are looking for a 20-40yr old professional to share with us. We are looking for someone laid back, respectful and friendly. We are a friendly bunch, we usually go out for meals on our birthdays and have bbq’s in the summer. It would be great if you were friendly and have a sense of humour.

The property is a 4 bed detached in a quiet cul-de-sac and has a garden, a large drive way so off road parking is aways available, and a garage. The house is within a 5 minute drive from Swanwick train station. Very close to a local park, shops and gym. The beach and whitely shopping centre are both within a 10 minute drive away.

All bills are included apart from the share of council tax (which is usually around £80 based on 3 people sharing) and a tumble dryer is available at an additional cost per use.

There is no smoking inside the house but vaping is ok. I also have 2 very friendly (and always hungry) house cats.
